What flat sizes do we rent?
We rent out fully furnished flats with areas ranging from 32 m² to 129 m². The following flats are available:
1-room studio apartment (32 – 36 m²)
Our studio apartments offer an open living room with attached full kitchen, a bathroom and either a balcony, loggia or terrace. By using multifunctional furniture, these flats are true space wonders.
During the day, you have a large, open living room with a full kitchen. In the evening, you can turn it into your bedroom. A comfortable sofa-double bed combination makes this possible. Should you have guests, you can enlarge your dining table to comfortably seat 4 people.
Our 1-room flats are popular for rent if you don’t need a lot of space but still want to live comfortably and modern in Kosice. Therefore, they are very popular to students or project workers who work in Kosice from Monday to Friday.
2-room apartment (52 – 129 m2)
These flats include an open living room with a full kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a balcony, terrace or a loggia. At this flat size, guests can also stay with you. The central sofa in the living room can be converted into a comfortable double bed in just a few steps.
The dining table and kitchen are also designed to make up to 4 people happy. This type of flat is often rented when a little more space is required or when overnight guests are often invited.
3-room apartment (74 – 111 m2)
Our 3-room flats have 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, a large living room with attached kitchen, and either a loggia, balcony or terrace.
This makes these flats perfect for a family with up to 2 children. But that’s not all. A multifunctional sofa is also included here in the living room, so you can also accommodate 2 guests for overnight stays. An extendable dining table offers space for up to 6 guests.
This type of flat is rented when the whole family lives in Kosice or you want to offer your guests maximum comfort.
